Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how AURUM Preview handles information collected through the AURUM website, signup flow, login flow, and demonstration portal.

This notice applies only to the current Preview environment. It is not a final financial-services privacy notice and will need to be updated before any real-money or regulated financial product launches.

For the current Preview, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, password, account preferences, and messages you send to support.

We may also collect limited technical information, such as device type, browser type, IP address, pages visited, login activity, error logs, and security-related events.

Do not provide real Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, passport details, financial account credentials, card numbers, CVVs, identity-document photos, or other sensitive financial data in AURUM Preview.

AURUM Preview is not currently designed to accept or process real identity-verification materials or live banking data.

We may use Preview information to create and secure accounts, provide requested features, troubleshoot technical problems, improve the product, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how people use the Preview and to improve AURUM’s product design.

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, analyze, or support AURUM Preview, but only as reasonably needed for those services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or AURUM, to investigate misuse, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale.

AURUM Preview may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember security settings, and operate the portal.

You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Preview from working.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect Preview information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should use a unique password and avoid entering sensitive real-world financial information.

We keep information for as long as needed to operate AURUM Preview, address security concerns, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Preview account information by contacting support@aurum.com. We may need to verify your request before taking action.

We may update this notice as AURUM changes. When we make material changes, we will update the Last Updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
